What is a standard back to back installation?
Back to back refers to the installation of a split system. Split systems are made up of 2 major components a wall mounted indoor unit and the outdoor condensing unit which are connected through the wall via insulated cooper pipework and wiring. Back to back is when the outdoor unit is installed outside directly below or straight down from where your indoor unit is located inside. Our price guide is based on a standard back to back as described above, Spillman air can fit units to suit your need outside a standard back to back but additional costs for materials and labour will apply.
